This series is designed for any athlete or fitness enthusiast who identifies themselves as having a restrictive diet, a disordered eating style, a dysfunctional relationship with food, obsessive-compulsive tendencies and/or poor body image. This series may not be suitable for individuals with a clinical eating disorder. This series is also beneficial for coaches, parents of athletes and trainers to address underlying behaviors, thoughts and beliefs around food and body image to better serve the athlete(s) in your life.
